Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (*can be as long as 5 days during holidays or busy periods during playoffs), with estimated delivery in 5–10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen during checkout.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days from delivery of your order for a refund, replacement or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please include a copy of your e-mail confirmation with the merchandise.  We recommend that you return items via UPS or an insured mail service for your protection, and provide us tracking so we can confirm delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Drinkware of any kind is non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.  The one exception to this policy is drinkware that is not what you ordered or printed with the wrong design.

We also cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lobofanatic.com.

If you want to change or cancel an order, the fastest way to reach us is via online chat or call 505-600-2300 with your request.  Alternately, you can e-mail us at info@lobofanatic.com. Please be sure to refer to your order number found on your order confirmation.

Please note that Lobo Fanatic will only refund the original shipping charges if your return was a result of our error. 

Regular shipping fees will be charged for any exchanges not due to error by Lobo Fanatic.

Machine wash cold, turn the garment inside out, use a mild detergent, and tumble dry on low heat for the best results.
